Long pen recordings join on their own
The pen saves long recordings as several files. When the times line up, Juno joins them into one meeting by itself. If it’s not sure, you’ll see Join into one meeting.Combine recordings yourself

Open one of the recordings

Click More, then Combine with…

Pick the other recordings
Recordings from the same day are listed first.

Answer Which came first?

Click Combine
You can only combine recordings that are already transcribed. The sample can’t be combined.
Separate them again
On a combined recording, choose Separate them again.Split one recording into conversations
For a recording of 10 minutes or more, choose Split into conversations. See Event days and conferences.Rename or delete a recording
- Rename: click the title and type a new one.
- Delete: click More, then Delete, then confirm. This deletes the audio too, and can’t be undone.
