Cancel or pause your plan

Take a break, or cancel. Your notes stay readable either way.

Pause instead

On a monthly plan you’ve paid at least once, you can pause for 30, 60 or 90 days.

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Find Need a break?

   Click Pause for 30 days (or 60 or 90).

While paused, you can read everything but can’t add recordings. Click Resume now to come back early.

Cancel

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel plan…

   Tell us the main reason, then click Continue.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
• After that, your account is read-only. You can open every recording, note and transcript, but you can’t upload, use the pen or WhatsApp, or ask Juno anything.
• Your account is deleted 12 months after your plan ends.

Changed your mind before the end date? Click Keep my plan. After it ends, click Reactivate. You’re charged that day.

Payments aren’t refunded, except where local law requires it, such as Brazil’s 7-day right to withdraw.
