The briefing email

A summary in your inbox after each recording, and how to send it to others.

When the notes for a recording are ready, Juno emails you a briefing: the summary, what you might have missed, and what’s still open.

• Upload several files within 30 minutes and you get one email for all of them.
• Redoing the notes doesn’t send the email again.

Send the briefing to someone else

1. Open the recording and click Send briefing
2. Add people under Also send to

   Up to 5 people.

3. Send it

On WhatsApp, say “email the briefing to Sarah”. Juno asks before it sends anything to someone else.
